ABOUT THE COMPANY

Ten Digital is a fast-scaling US-based DTC ecommerce company operating brands: human health & longevity supplements, pet supplements, premium licensed entertainment IP wooden puzzles & craft kits. We are performance-obsessed, data-driven, and targeting aggressive growth toward $100M+ in revenue. Amazon is a core pillar of our revenue. We are looking for a hands-on operator who can manage, optimize, and scale our existing Amazon presence across all brands.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is not a strategy-only role. We need an executor. You will be an Individual Contributor (IC) owning Amazon operations end-to-end for existing accounts. You are not building from zero; instead, you will take ownership of existing Amazon Seller Central accounts to drive incremental growth. You will manage listings, optimize PPC campaigns, and handle day-to-day operations to maximize profitability and organic ranking.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily Operations & Account Health

  • Monitor and manage the daily health of existing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
  • Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team for FBA restocks.
  • Proactively resolve account health issues, listing suppressions, or policy warnings.
  • Stay current on Amazon algorithm changes and new Seller Central features.

Listing Optimization (CRO & SEO)

  • Audit and refine existing product listings, including Titles, Bullets, Descriptions, and A+ Content.
  • Conduct ongoing keyword research to maintain and improve organic ranking (SEO).
  • Manage backend search terms and optimize image/video conversion rates (CRO).
  • Coordinate with internal video/creative teams on assets for A+ Content and Storefronts.

Amazon Advertising (PPC)

  • Manage and scale Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
  • Continuously optimize bids, match types, and negative keywords to hit target ACOS/TACOS.
  • Utilize Amazon Attribution to track and optimize external traffic impact.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Own weekly performance reporting: GMV, TACOS, Session Percentage, and Buy Box metrics.
  • Identify new SKU opportunities and surface winning strategies for each brand.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years managing Amazon Seller Central with verifiable growth results (US market required).
  • Demonstrated experience scaling existing brands and optimizing mature accounts.
  • Hands-on expertise in Amazon PPC—managing complex campaign structures independently.
  • Proficiency in Shopify + Amazon integration for inventory and order synchronization.
  • Familiarity with Amazon's restricted category approval workflows and compliance.
  • Working knowledge of Amazon Brand Registry and Brand Analytics.
  • AI-native workflows: using AI tools to accelerate keyword research or listing optimization.
  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail across multiple brand workstreams.
  • Clear and proactive communicator: weekly updates, no hand-holding required.
  • Results-driven: you track GMV, ROAS, and TACOS, not just activity metrics.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, async-first remote environment.
