ABOUT PRESTIGIOUS CRAFT

Prestigious Craft is a boutique product studio based in Los Angeles. We build MVPs, prototypes, AI-powered products, and custom digital tools for founders, local businesses, startup teams, and corporate innovators. Our clients come to us with an idea — we turn it into a working product.

We are growing fast and looking for a driven, polished Sales & Social Media Manager to help us find clients and grow our brand presence online. This is a 100% commission role with strong earning potential — the right person can earn $1,500–$4,000+ per month based on performance. Opportunity for base salary in future DOP.

THE ROLE

This is a dual role. On the sales side, you will identify leads, conduct outreach, qualify prospects, and book discovery calls. On the social side, you will manage and grow our LinkedIn presence — writing posts, engaging with our audience, and building the Prestigious Craft brand in front of the right people.

This is not an order-taking role. We need someone who is proactive, creative, and genuinely excited about technology and business. You should be comfortable talking to founders and executives AND writing compelling content that stops people mid-scroll.

WHAT YOU'LL DO — SALES

Research and identify ideal client prospects using LinkedIn, directories, and social platforms

Conduct personalized outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels

Follow up consistently with leads — 5 to 7 touch point sequences

Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, timeline, and budget

Conduct initial discovery calls to uncover pain points and project requirements

Book qualified discovery calls onto the founder's calendar

Maintain and update the CRM (Google Sheets or similar) daily

Report weekly on outreach activity, pipeline status, and conversion metrics

WHAT YOU'LL DO — LINKEDIN & SOCIAL MEDIA

Manage the Prestigious Craft LinkedIn company page and founder's personal LinkedIn profile

Write and publish 3 posts per week — educational content, case studies, behind-the-scenes, and direct offers

Engage with comments, respond to DMs, and grow our follower base organically

Identify trending topics in tech, AI, and startups and create timely content around them

Monitor LinkedIn analytics and adjust content strategy based on what performs

Repurpose content across other platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X) as needed

Collaborate with the founder on content ideas, brand voice, and messaging

WHO YOU ARE

Fluent in English — written and spoken — with excellent communication skills

Experienced in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation (2+ years preferred)

Comfortable conducting discovery calls and asking qualifying questions

Familiar with ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) development and targeted outreach

Experienced managing LinkedIn pages and writing professional content that drives engagement

A strong writer — you can match a brand voice and write posts that feel human, not corporate

Self-motivated and able to work independently without daily supervision

Persistent and resilient — you don't give up after one "no"

Tech-savvy and comfortable discussing apps, software, and digital products at a high level

Organized and detail-oriented — you keep accurate records and follow through

Coachable — you take feedback and apply it quickly

NICE TO HAVE

Experience selling tech, software, or creative services

Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar

Experience with social media scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later

Previous experience in a startup or agency environment

Understanding of MVP development, app builds, or AI products

Basic graphic design skills for creating social content (Canva is fine)

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

This is a 100% commission role. Here is how you earn:

Referral / Warm Intro Only

10% of the closed project value, paid 30 days after the client deposit clears.

Active Sales (Discovery Call Through Close)

20% of the closed project value. Paid in two installments: 10% at client deposit, 10% at project delivery.

Example Earnings

Close one $5,000 Proof of Concept project ? you earn $1,000

Close one $12,000 MVP project ? you earn $2,400

Close two projects per month at $10,000 average ? you earn $4,000/month

There is no cap on earnings. The more you close, the more you make.

HOW WE WORK

We are a fully remote team. You will communicate with the founder via Slack, WhatsApp, or email. Weekly check-ins are required. You set your own schedule — we care about results, not hours.

We will provide you with: a clear ICP, outreach scripts and templates, a service deck and one-pager, objection handling guides, and access to our CRM. You bring the hustle.
