At 𝐏𝐨𝐨𝐣𝐚 𝐖𝐚𝐧𝐠, we craft dreams into wearable art for little stars and women’s wear. We are looking for a 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞, 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 to join our growing team.

💼 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝: 2-5 Years
💰 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google, Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage and grow social media pages with regular creative posts & reels
- Create engaging content, captions, hashtags & promotional strategies
- Run paid ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and monitor performance
- Manage website updates and basic SEO improvements
- Should be able to upload product on Shopify
- Work on email marketing & WhatsApp marketing for customer engagement
- Analyze campaign results using Google Analytics / Meta Insights
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports (reach, engagement, leads, sales)
- Coordinate with team for post creatives, banners and video content
- Research market trends and competitors for better campaign planning
- Improve brand visibility and increase online sales through marketing strategies
