Position: 3D Generalist
Work Location: Alam Sutera, Tangerang
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication Design, Animation, Interior Design, Multimedia, or a related field
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a 3D Generalist; experience in the Beauty Industry, brand-side creative teams, or Creative Agencies is a plus
- Proficient in 3D design and animation software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk Maya, Blender, and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation workflows
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual aesthetics, composition, and storytelling
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across creative and cross-functional teams
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment
- Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and eager to continuously learn new techniques and technologies
- Willing to work from our office (WFO) based in Alam Sutera, Tangerang
Job Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D models for products, environments, and other visual assets based on project requirements and creative briefs
- Develop and apply appropriate textures, materials, and surface details to achieve the desired visual outcome
- Produce high-quality renderings in accordance with provided references, brand guidelines, and project objectives
- Execute the end-to-end 3D production process, from modeling and texturing to lighting, rendering, and final output
- Transform static 3D assets into engaging 3D animations that align with creative concepts and campaign goals
- Collaborate closely with the Creative, Brand, and Marketing teams to ensure visual consistency and timely project delivery
- Optimize 3D assets and workflows to maintain quality while meeting production deadlines
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously enhance the quality of 3D content and creative output
