OVERVIEW

Bernstein-Rein is seeking an Account Executive to support the development and execution of integrated marketing programs that drive client growth and deliver measurable business results. This role serves as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, helping ensure projects are strategically aligned, efficiently managed, and successfully executed.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and passionate about marketing across multiple channels, including digital advertising, social media, email, CRM, web, direct response, events, public relations, and traditional media. This individual will manage multiple projects simultaneously, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the successful delivery of marketing initiatives from planning through reporting and optimization.

This position requires a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a day-to-day client contact, building strong relationships and maintaining a thorough understanding of client business objectives, priorities, and marketing goals.
  • Manage the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising, social media, email, CRM, web, direct mail, events, PR, and traditional media.
  • Partner with media and analytics teams to support planning, execution, and performance management of paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, and other digital advertising programs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including strategy, creative, media, production, analytics, and account leadership to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, scopes, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop market-specific and localized marketing initiatives that support lead generation, customer acquisition, and business growth objectives.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of grand openings, field marketing programs, promotional events, and local market activations across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including lead generation, engagement, conversion metrics, and return on investment. Translate insights into actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate campaign deliverables, approvals, asset development, vendor relationships, and launch activities to ensure seamless execution.
  • Partner with strategy and analytics teams to identify audience insights, competitive trends, market opportunities, and optimization recommendations.
  • Develop client-facing presentations, status reports, campaign recaps, and performance summaries that communicate results, key learnings, and future opportunities.
  • Participate in client presentations, strategic planning sessions, and business development opportunities as needed.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, digital platforms, and marketing best practices to help drive innovation and continuous improvement.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Strong account management and project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage client expectations and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of ownership and accountability.
  • Solid understanding of integrated marketing principles, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, CRM, web, content marketing, direct response, and traditional media channels.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and performance metrics, including paid search, paid social, display, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience managing project budgets, estimates, scopes of work, and timelines.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing client needs and business priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with project management, analytics, CRM, or marketing automation platforms is a plus.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an advertising agency or integrated marketing agency environment.
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, CRM, web, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success managing client relationships and coordinating complex marketing projects from strategy through execution and reporting.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance and presenting results and recommendations to clients or stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting regional, franchise, retail, healthcare, or multi-location marketing programs is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
