Role Description

The Account Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal (or remote for a great fit!) responsible for running key client relationships and ensuring successful delivery of complex brand and design projects across systems and campaigns. In this role, the Account Lead manages day-to-day client communication, gathers and translates client needs into clear briefs, and orchestrates internal teams across strategy, design, and production. The Account Lead tracks project timelines, budgets, and scopes, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to keep work on track and aligned with client goals. This position also involves day-to-day operations, preparing and presenting scopes of work, supporting business development with existing and new clients, and fostering long-term partnerships grounded in trust, quality, and measurable impact.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret client needs and support strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and collaborative teamwork.
  • Finance-related skills to manage budgets, understand project profitability, and support accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Client Service capabilities to provide responsive, solution-oriented support that maintains both the quality of the work and positive, long-term client relationships that go beyond “traditional A = B service” to “trusted advisor”.
  • Account Management experience in a creative, agency, or consultancy environment, including managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience working with brand, marketing, or design teams, ideally within a creative agency setting.
  • Ability to work and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, industrious environment.
  • Relevant post-secondary education in business, communications, marketing, design management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
