80Twenty is a boutique sales recruitment agency that connects high-growth companies with exceptional candidates.

Our client is a Paris-headquartered luxury bespoke manufacturer with extensive experience producing custom packaging, retail displays, and VIP gifting for luxury houses such as Chanel, LVMH, Kering, Tiffany and Chaumet. They are now making their first dedicated US commercial hire and they need someone to own the North American market.

This is a ground-floor Account Manager role at a company real luxury credibility, a global footprint across Paris, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Dubai, and the UK, and a client roster that opens doors the moment you walk in. The person who takes this role will define what the US business looks like.

The Opportunity

Their US presence has been managed cross-timezone from Europe and Asia which will change with this hire. As an Account Manager, you step in as the face of the company in North America, building client relationships from scratch and growing an existing portfolio with full ownership from day one. You will work alongside design and production teams across Paris, Shanghai, and Hong Kong, coordinating complex, consultative projects from early brief through final delivery.

What You Will Own

  • Prospecting and developing new client relationships with luxury brand procurement, marketing, and brand experience teams
  • Managing and growing an existing portfolio of US accounts in a hunting / farming role
  • Owning the full sales cycle from first conversation through project handoff
  • Coordinating with international design and production teams across multiple time zones
  • Expanding the company's North American presence in existing and new markets
  • 4 days in-office at the Midtown Manhattan showroom, Fridays remote

You Bring

  • 5+ years of B2B sales or business development in a premium or luxury environment
  • A proven hunter who can open doors from scratch, not just manage existing accounts
  • Comfort with long, consultative sales cycles and multi-stakeholder management
  • Experience coordinating with remote, international teams across time zones
  • A natural storyteller who can convey craft, heritage, and product value in any setting
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter mindset – this is a role where you write your own playbook
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

Bonus Points For

  • Existing relationships with luxury brands procurement teams
  • Background in packaging, displays, gifting, or branded merchandise
  • French language skills or experience with European luxury brands
  • Agency Account Director experience at a premium creative or brand agency
