Were on the hunt for an ACD, Art who can bring big-idea energy to the world of healthcare. Youll lead concepting, shape visual identity, and co-guide a team of Designers and Writers.
This role is 6+ months to FTE, 40 hours per week, and remote!
What Youll Do
Drive the visual vision for integrated campaigns across digital, social, print, and video
Turn clinical data and complex science into bold, clear, human-centered visual storytelling
Partner with ACD/Copy to build concepts that are smart, surprising, and strategically tight
Mentor and elevate designers and art directors – pushing craft, clarity, and conceptual thinking
Present work with confidence, clarity, and a point of view that earns trust
Collaborate with strategy, medical, and account teams to keep work accurate, feasible, and on-brand
What You Bring
A portfolio that shows you can think conceptually, design beautifully, and solve creatively
Experience in pharma or healthcare – and the ability to make regulated work feel anything but
A strong understanding of how to build visual systems that scale across channels
Comfort navigating MLR without losing momentum or creative integrity
Leadership instincts: you know how to inspire, challenge, and support a team
