The Role
We're looking for a polished, capable Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Footscray office. You will set the tone for every client interaction, managing front-of-house, scheduling, correspondence, and the day-to-day rhythm of a busy professional practice, while providing direct support to our senior advisors.
This role suits someone organised, calm under pressure, and genuinely confident on the phone and at the front desk.
What You'll Do
- Greet clients and manage front-of-house with warmth and professionalism
- Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries with discretion
- Schedule appointments and coordinate diaries across the team
- Maintain accurate records, files, and document workflows
- Provide direct administrative support to senior advisors
- Use AI-assisted tools and modern software to keep work efficient and accurate
What We're Looking For
Essential — willingness and capability to adopt new technology, including AI tools. Our practice is actively investing in AI-augmented workflows. We need someone who is genuinely curious about technology, quick to learn new systems, and comfortable working in an environment where tools and processes evolve continuously. This is non-negotiable.
You'll also bring:
- Strong communication and phone etiquette — clear, warm, and professional
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Sharp attention to detail in scheduling, records, and correspondence
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and modern productivity tools like MS Teams
- Prior administrative or client-facing experience (advantageous)
- Must have working rights in Australia
Why Join Us
- Competitive salary that reflects your skills and contribution
- Pathway into tax — learn the fundamentals on the job and, for the right person, transition into our tax team over time
- Hands-on exposure to AI and modern technology — work with the latest tools and be part of how we're reshaping professional services
- A senior, multilingual team that takes its craft seriously and invests in the people who join it
This isn't a static front-desk role. It's a starting point for someone who wants to grow.
