We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Project Coordinator Assistant to support our Project Management team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and helping customers while keeping projects moving forward.
Construction experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities are far more important.
What You'll Do
- Support Project Managers throughout the lifecycle of customer projects
- Communicate with distributors, contractors, and internal departments
- Respond to customer questions and provide project updates
- Track project schedules, submittals, approvals, and production milestones
- Coordinate with estimating, drafting, purchasing, production, and shipping teams
- Follow up on missing information needed to keep projects moving
- Review project documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain organized project records and documentation
- Assist with order processing, project releases, and change requests
- Help identify and resolve issues before they impact project schedules or customer satisfaction
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow them through to completion

- Document all issues/decisions/conflicts
Pay Range – 54K – 59K

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, project coordination, account management, manufacturing, construction administration, or similar roles
- Experience managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and customer requests in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and maintain attention to detail while managing multiple priorities
Bonus Skills
While not required, the following experience may be helpful:
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, distribution, or other project-driven industries
- Familiarity with toilet partitions, cabinetry, furniture, commercial interiors, or similar products
- Knowledge of materials such as laminates, solid surfaces, stone, acrylic, or other decorative building materials
- Experience reading drawings, specifications, or submittal documents
- Ability to use AI tools
