ABOUT THE ROLE 🎯
We’re looking for an AI Creative Director who sees AI as a new creative medium rather than just a production tool.
You’ll create films, advertisements, social campaigns, and brand stories that combine creative vision, storytelling, and emerging AI technologies.
This role is perfect for someone with exceptional taste, strong storytelling instincts, and a passion for experimenting with the latest AI creative tools.
📍 Location: Full-time, on-site in Jakarta
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce AI-powered films, advertisements, and brand storytelling content.
- Develop creative concepts from idea through final execution.
- Create scripts, storyboards, visual treatments, and narrative structures.
- Leverage AI tools to generate cinematic visuals, voice, sound, and creative assets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Continuously experiment with emerging AI creative technologies and workflows.
- Maintain a high creative standard across all content and campaigns.
- Push the boundaries of modern storytelling and creative production.

- Strong storyteller with exceptional creative instincts and visual taste.
- Passionate about filmmaking, advertising, design, and emerging technology.
- Constantly exploring new AI creative tools and workflows.
- Able to transform abstract ideas into compelling narratives.
- Comfortable balancing creativity with business objectives.
- Strong communicator who can articulate a creative vision clearly.
- Obsessed with learning, experimenting, and improving their craft.
💪 Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing AI-generated films, advertisements, or visual storytelling work.
- Experience using AI creative tools such as Runway, Veo, Midjourney, Kling, Flux, ElevenLabs, Sora, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, creative direction, and audience engagement.
- Ability to develop scripts, concepts, treatments, and story structures.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Traditional filmmaking, animation, advertising, agency, or creative industry experience is a plus.
- Portfolio required. Please include your three favorite projects and explain why you’re proud of them.
