The AI Creative Director leads the AI-driven creative production strategy, leveraging generative AI and automation to scale LiveOps and marketing content. Working cross-functionally, this role aims to increase creative output while maintaining quality and consistency, ultimately delivering faster, more efficient, and cost-effective content production through AI-assisted workflows.

1. AI-Driven Creative Strate

  • gyDefine the studio’s AI-driven creative production strategy across all harvest and sustain title
  • s.Identify opportunities where AI can significantly improve the production of LiveOps assets, promotional content, and player engagement material
  • s.Establish scalable workflows for AI-assisted creative productio

n.2. AI-Assisted Content Producti

  • onLead the adoption of generative AI tools for the creation of marketing assets, CRM variants, promotional visuals, and in-game creative material
  • s.Define best practices for AI-assisted asset generation across the studi
  • o.Ensure AI-generated content maintains high creative quality and brand consistenc

y.3. Creative Automation and Efficien

  • cyIdentify opportunities to automate repetitive creative production task
  • s.Collaborate with automation engineers and the platform teams to integrate AI-driven creative pipeline
