Ahoy.ad is building an AI-powered ad creation platform that turns winning content into new on-brand content for different products, offers & audiences.
We are looking for someone with strong short-form ad judgment who can:
1) find high-performing Meta/TikTok-style ads or organic content & understand why they work
2) help turn them into reusable AI templates within our system
You should understand things like hooks, pacing, direct-response structure and how to combine fitting visuals with the words that are being said.
The templates are not copies of other ads. Instead, they are meant to capture the essence & structure of the original content and transform that into new original content for our clients.
The ideal candidate has experience as a Creative Strategist, especially for Meta, TikTok, UGC, ecommerce, SaaS, DTC or agency creatives.
We are looking for a detail-oriented person who has fun with:
– Finding high-converting content / ads on IG, FB, TikTok and Meta Ads Library
– Understanding and putting into words why the ad / content performs well
– Using AI tools like Codex, Claude Code, Higgsfield and others to do various tasks with AI
– Coming up with awesome ad scripts + visual concepts that go along with each line
– Reviewing AI-generated scripts, images and videos with a strong eye for quality
– Giving clear feedback that improves the reusable template
