Optimus Group is looking for an AI & Digital Systems Executive to build and manage our digital infrastructure. This role will be responsible for websites, landing pages, tracking & analytics, automation workflows, and internal AI-powered tools that support our marketing and business operations.
You will work closely with the Performance Marketing team to ensure every campaign is properly tracked, measured, and optimized.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, update, and maintain company websites across multiple business entities.
- Build and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Performance Marketer, ensuring proper tracking and conversion optimization.
- Set up and maintain tracking systems including Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, and conversion events.
- Integrate lead forms with CRM, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and automation tools.
- Develop simple internal tools and workflows using AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Cursor, v0, Lovable, and similar technologies.
- Provide basic IT support including device, email, and account troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers (hosting, domains, software, etc.).
- Maintain documentation of domains, hosting, DNS settings, and system access credentials.
- Maintain basic security practices and organize documentation for all system access, including credentials, domains, and DNS settings.
Requirements
- Proven experience building or maintaining websites (must provide live website portfolio URLs).
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals, hosting, domains, and DNS.
- Experience setting up and managing Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Familiarity with AI tools for website development and workflow automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or team.
- Good communication skills when coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals.
- Experience with Zapier, Make, n8n, or other automation platforms.
- Previous experience handling small-scale IT operations.
