Role Overview:
ATZA Digitally is hiring an AI Filmmaker to join our team of existing Filmmakers. The candidate will own the end-to-end production pipeline for AI-generated micro-series and branded content. We work on multi-episode series productions and need someone who can run & manage a full pre-production and generation workflow independently, accurately, on deadline.
You will work on projects ranging from 20-episode micro-dramas to performance-driven branded content, across platforms including OTT apps and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Story arc development from client logline – character, conflict, episode structure
- Screenplay writing in Hindi / Hinglish – scene, dialogue, V.O., and visual notes
- Shot-by-shot breakdowns, timecoded and synced to episode second
- Per-shot AI generation prompts across tools like Higgsfield, Freepik, and Kling
- Frame generation and iteration until output matches the brief
- Visual continuity tracking across multi-episode arcs – character, costume, environment consistency
- Editor handoff packages – shot order, grade notes, sound brief
Skills & Background:
- Filmmaking background, formal or self-taught, but real
- Screenplay writing and full pre-production understanding
- Strong visual writing, scenes a generator can actually use
- Hands-on experience with AI video / image generation tools
