The Role
This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of AI technology, focusing specifically on enhancing model capabilities and safety. You will play a critical role in refining how AI understands and executes complex instructions. We are actively seeking candidates who excel in problem-solving, possess strong writing skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
We particularly encourage candidates from non-technical backgrounds (such as Media, Marketing, or Finance) who are eager to apply their communication skills to the world of machine learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Model Evaluation & Safety: Conduct thorough assessments of Agentic AI systems to ensure accuracy, adherence to complex instructions, and compliance with safety protocols.
- Prompt Optimization: Analyze model outputs to identify weaknesses and refine prompting strategies, driving continuous improvement in model performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with algorithm engineers, data scientists, and product teams to define model specifications and enhance overall product quality.
- Technical Communication: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate experimental findings, performance metrics, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Deployment Support: Assist in the deployment of optimized models to production environments, ensuring a smooth transition from testing to real-world application.
- Research & Development: Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in machine learning, prompt engineering, and AI safety to keep our methodologies cutting-edge.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Writing Excellence: Proven, exceptional practical writing skills with the ability to craft concise, logical, and creative prompts.
- Industry Experience: Prior commercial experience in one of the following sectors is highly valued: IT, Media, Marketing, Management, or Financial Services.
- AI Curiosity: While prior AI experience is not required, a strong interest in large language models is essential. Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques is a strong advantage.
- Technical Bonus: Proficiency in Python or other programming languages is a significant plus, but not a mandatory requirement.
