Schedule: Monday-Friday, Flexible schedule, with 4–6 hours of overlap with US Pacific Time during onboarding/training. After onboarding, availability will mainly be needed for weekly meetings.
Salary Range: up to $1,500 USD (commensurate with experience)

Our client is a Portland-based tabletop gaming company that creates high-quality accessories for the TTRPG community. Founded by a group of players looking for a better way to game in real time, the company first gained traction through the success of its Dungeon Craft terrain system on Kickstarter in 2019.
Since then, they’ve continued to expand its product line across maps, terrain, dice, journals, miniatures, playmats, and other gaming accessories designed to help players and Dungeon Masters bring their stories to life. Their products are handcrafted by experienced Dungeon Masters and built to make tabletop gameplay more immersive, creative, and accessible.
About The Role
Our client is looking for an Amazon Listing Expert to manage and optimize their Amazon product listings through Seller Central. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate product data, improving listing visibility and conversion, managing flat files and bulk uploads, and resolving catalog-related issues. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Amazon listing management, keyword research, listing optimization, variation setup, and troubleshooting listing errors or suppressed listings.
Responsibilities
- Listing Management: Manage Amazon listings through Seller Central, including product details, keywords, variations, and attributes.
- Listing Optimization: Optimize listings for visibility, conversion, and discoverability.
- Flat File & Bulk Upload Management: Handle flat files, bulk uploads, and spreadsheet-based listing updates.
- Issue Resolution & Case Management: Resolve listing errors, suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and catalog issues.
- Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Monitor listing health, keyword performance, and catalog issues
Competencies And Qualifications
Must-Have
- Proven experience managing Amazon product listings through Seller Central.
- Hands-on experience creating, updating, and optimizing Amazon listings.
- Familiarity with flat files, bulk uploads, and variation setup
- Knowledge of Amazon SEO, keyword research, and listing compliance
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
- Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, or similar tools
Nice-to-Have
- Experience managing or optimizing Amazon listings for non-English marketplaces
