Atelier Inspire is looking for new Workshop Hosts & Partners in Munich · Berlin · Stuttgart · Hamburg.
We help people craft memories through scent. Now we're looking for the people who'll guide that magic.
✨ Top notes – the first impression
You're the kind of person a room leans toward. You love scent, stories, and making strangers feel like they belong. You can hold a space, spark a little wonder, and make 2 hours feel like a small adventure.
💛 Heart notes – what you'll actually do
Lead immersive 2–3h perfume-making workshops (in English & German), guide guests from their very first sniff to their own bottled signature fragrance, set the mood, and care for the studio before and after. No perfumer diploma required — we train you. You bring the warmth; we bring the science of scent.
🪵 Base notes – what stays with you
A flexible freelance role, paid per workshop + tips, a beautiful studio, and a team that (suspiciously) always smells great.
All positions start as freelance for now – with the real possibility of growing into something more permanent down the line.
