About INDPNT

We work like an embedded marketing team, close to the brand, invested in the outcome. Our work lives across digital, social, and traditional media, which means you’ll get to flex across a lot of different visual challenges.
What you’ll be doing
Concepting and designing campaigns across digital, social, print and other mediums
Collaborating with copywriters and strategists to bring ideas to life visually
Designing for digital & social media: reels, static, performance ads, & platform-native content
Developing and maintaining brand identities across touchpoints
Building visual systems that scale across formats and platforms
Contributing to internal and client-facing presentations
What we’re looking for
2–5 years of experience in design or art direction (agency or brand-side)
Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite:
Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design
Figma proficiency is a big plus
A sharp eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
Experience designing for digital and social-first platforms
A portfolio that demonstrates both concept thinking and craft, not just pretty executions
Bonus: motion design or basic video editing skills
A genuine curiosity about AI and what’s coming next, we don’t expect you to have all the answers, but we do expect you to be asking the questions.
