MGH,a full-service marketing communications agency, is looking for a mid-level Art Director/Designer who can turn smart strategy into standout creative. Someone who’s concept-first, design/detail-obsessed, and just as comfortable in ab rainstorm as they are crafting that final layout.

You’ll partner closely with writers, strategists,and clients to create ideas that are not just beautiful – but effective.
- Concept and execute campaigns across digital, social,video, and traditional channels
- Collaborate with copywriters to develop big ideas and bring them to life
- Present work confidently and clearly to internal teams and clients
- Own projects from concept through production, sweating the details along the way
- Contribute to a culture of creativity, collaboration,and accountability
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in an agency or similar creative environment
- Aportfolio that shows strong conceptual thinking and brilliant design
- Apoint of view – and the ability to evolve it through feedback
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (and a general comfort across other modern tools/platforms, including AI)
- Curiosity,hustle, and a low-ego, team-first mindset
- Bonus points for additional photography/video skills
