Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain knowledge articles in Service Now
• Translate complex information into concise content
• Ensure consistency in tone and structure across documents
• Monitor and improve knowledge content usability
• Collaborate with SMEs for content validation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years in content development or knowledge management
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Familiarity with Service Now or content management systems
• Attention to detail in large volumes of content
