PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We are looking for a detail-driven, enthusiastic, and collaborative MW Junior Artworker (for this role you must currently be working as an Artworker with at least 2 years’ experience within the role).

We are looking for someone who is keen to learn and develop, who understands the importance of detail and craft, and who takes pride in producing accurate, well-finished work. You will be supported by more senior team members, but you will take ownership of tasks from day one, managing amendments confidently, and contributing positively to how work is delivered.

We want someone who is eager to grow with us, developing their technical ability, and with a strong understanding of production processes. You will be encouraged to stay curious about new tools, emerging techniques, and the evolving role of technology and AI within creative production

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Supporting the in-house production, design, and creative teams across all aspects of artwork delivery, including:

Preparing of artwork for print, digital, and social production across a range of projects.

Adapting, resizing, and versioning creative assets for different formats, platforms, and specifications.

Applying accurate layouts, typography, and image adjustments to existing artwork files.

Ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables by following established brand guidelines.

Preparing files for final output, including correct bleed, crop marks, colour profiles, and technical specifications.

Managing artwork amendments and version updates efficiently and accurately.

Supporting the delivery of social and digital content, adapting assets to suit different channels and formats.

Collaborating closely with designers, account managers, resource teams, and production teams to meet deadlines.

Organising, maintaining, and updating artwork files, templates, and digital asset libraries

COMPETENCIES.

Attention to detail and accuracy

Highly detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to producing accurate, well-finished artwork.

Takes pride in getting the basics right and spotting potential issues before final output facing documents and presentations.

Technical Artwork Skills

Good understanding of artwork production processes for print and digital.

Confident using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, to support day-to-day artwork tasks.

Organisation and time management

Well organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once.

Comfortable working to deadlines and prioritising work with guidance from more senior team members
