Key Responsibilities:
• Provide design consultation for engineering teams
• Create visual representations to convey design concepts
• Write detailed specification documents for clarity
• Own significant product features and project workflows
• Enhance and evolve the design system collaboratively
Requirements:
• At least 4 years of experience in product design
• Strong foundation in layout, navigation, and interaction
• Ability to derive solutions without heavy reliance on data
• Resourceful and creative in problem-solving
• Previous work in startups is a plus
