About The Role
As an Assistant Horizon Club Manager, you will be managing the key aspects of executive lounge operations to ensure a smooth and personalized experience aligned with Shangri-La’s service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Horizon Club Manager in overseeing daily operations of the Horizon Club Lounge to ensure seamless and exceptional guest experience.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver personalized, high-quality service to VIP and Club guests.
- Build and maintain strong guest relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ensure service standards, food quality, hygiene, and overall lounge presentation are consistently maintained with Hotel standards.
- Conduct regular meetings to review guest feedback and reinforce service standards.
About You
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Front Office, Club Lounge, or Guest Relations Department in a luxury Hotel.
- Solid knowledge of Front Office and F&B Operations.
- Proven leadership skills with strong team management and motivational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
