Assistant Restaurant Manager — Krogs Fiskerestaurant, Copenhagen
We’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team at Krogs Fiskerestaurant — one of Copenhagen’s most storied seafood institutions, now entering an exciting new chapter.
You’ll work closely with our Director of Hospitality and Service and Standards Manager to support the daily running of the restaurant, lead the floor with confidence, and help uphold the standards of a kitchen led by a former Michelin-starred Head Chef.

• Experience in a structured, high-standard restaurant environment
• Strong presence on the floor — warm, precise, and composed under pressure
