We are looking for a Hunter Sales Leader to drive new business acquisition across the Healthcare Payer, Provider, and Pharmaceutical sectors.

This role focuses on opening net-new enterprise accounts, building strong executive relationships, and selling digital transformation and IT services solutions to large healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. New Business Development

  • Identify and acquire net-new logos within Healthcare Payers, Providers, and Pharma companies.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand healthcare market footprint.

2. Pipeline & Revenue Growth

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Consistently achieve annual revenue and sales targets.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Establish strong relationships with CXO-level stakeholders such as CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business leaders.
  • Position Persistent as a trusted technology partner for healthcare transformation.

4. Solution Selling

  • Sell IT Services, Digital Engineering, Cloud, Data, and AI-led solutions.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, delivery teams, and leadership to craft value-driven proposals.

5. Collaboration & Market Positioning

  • Partner with internal teams and alliance partners to drive joint opportunities.
  • Stay updated on healthcare technology trends, regulations, and market needs to identify growth opportunities.

Required Experience:

  • 12–18+ years of enterprise IT services sales experience.
  • Strong Hunter profile with proven new logo acquisition success.
  • Experience selling to Healthcare Payer, Provider, or Pharma organizations.
  • Demonstrated track record of closing large enterprise deals ($5M+).
