ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Associate Manager for LinkedIn Marketing & Sales, you will be the primary engine driving our brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth across LinkedIn, Upwork & Fiverr. You will own the full spectrum of digital marketing — from organic content strategy to paid campaigns — ensuring our 28 solutions (25 software + 3 hardware) reach the right buyers in both Bangladesh and global markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing & Growth in LinkedIn, Upwork and CodeCanyon

•        Develop and execute a comprehensive end-to-end LinkedIn marketing strategy covering company page management, personal branding, content calendar, and audience engagement.

•        Drive organic growth through consistent, high-quality posts, articles, carousels, polls, News Letter and LinkedIn Stories tailored to target buyer personas for Project 2morrow Software Ltd.

•        Plan, launch, and optimize LinkedIn Paid Ad Campaigns (Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Lead Gen Forms, Dynamic Ads) to generate qualified leads.

•        Monitor LinkedIn analytics and campaign KPIs; continuously A/B test creatives, copy, and audiences to improve ROI.

•        Build and nurture a targeted LinkedIn network of decision-makers, procurement heads, and CXOs both locally and internationally.

Content Creation & AI-Powered Production

•        Use AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, Runway, HeyGen, Gemini or equivalent) to generate high-impact promotional images, written content, and marketing videos.

•        Produce compelling visuals and short-form video content for organic posts and paid promotions.

•        Write persuasive, audience-specific copy for ads, InMails, connection messages, and articles.

Upwork & Fiverr Marketing & Sales and others

•        Build and manage Project 2morrow's Agency profile / Gig to attract international clients.

•        Identify, bid on, and win relevant project listings for services across ready 25 product & 9 service categories.

•        Craft compelling proposals, conduct discovery calls, and close contracts with foreign buyers.

•        Maintain strong client relationships on Upwork to generate repeat business and 5-star reviews.

•        Skill to promote our solutions in CodeCanyon

Product Expertise & Sales Demonstrations

•        Thoroughly learn all 28 solutions (25 enterprise apps + 3 hardware products) to confidently deliver live product demonstrations to local and international buyers.

•        Present tailored demos to prospects, addressing specific pain points and use cases.

•        Translate complex technical features into clear business value propositions.

Lead, Revenue & Performance Management

•        Own and consistently achieve defined monthly and quarterly quality lead generation targets from both local and foreign markets. You need to ensure the leads are quality lead that will be converted into sales by the sales team.

•        Maintain a structured sales pipeline, track leads, and report progress regularly to senior management.

•        Identify new market opportunities and develop outreach strategies for untapped segments.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Education

•        B.Com / Bachelor's degree/ equivalent or higher from a reputed institution — preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

•        Proven track record of successfully marketing and selling software products with measurable results in both local (Bangladesh) and international markets.

•        Demonstrable hands-on experience managing LinkedIn company pages, running paid campaigns, and growing professional networks for B2B purposes.

•        Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, B2B software sales, or a similar role.

•        Experience with Upwork/Fiverr or other freelance/outsourcing marketplaces is highly desirable.

 

Skills & Competencies

•        LinkedIn Expertise: End-to-end mastery of LinkedIn — organic strategy, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Ads Manager, analytics, and outreach.

•        AI Tools Proficiency: Skilled in leveraging AI platforms for content generation, image creation, copywriting, and video production.

•        Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication in both English and Bangla.

•        Sales Acumen: Strong ability to qualify leads, conduct persuasive demos, negotiate, and close deals.

•        Quick Learner: Ability and willingness to deeply learn all 28 company solutions within a defined onboarding period.

•        Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data — tracking KPIs, reading campaign analytics, and making data-driven decisions.

Self-Motivated: Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently meet targets.
