KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performance Management – Co-lead the performance appraisal process across the organization to drive a culture of accountability and performance excellence.
- Talent Development – Support the design and implementation of strategic talent initiatives, including career development frameworks and high-potential identification programmes.
- Employee Engagement & Wellbeing – Lead the development and roll-out of employee wellness programmes and workforce transformation initiatives that foster a healthier, more productive and engaged workplace.
- Culture & Inclusion – Assist the Head of OD in shaping and embedding policies and strategies that sustain an inclusive, values-driven organizational culture.
- Team & Process Management – Support the Head of OD in developing HR operational frameworks and contribute to building a high-performance culture within the division.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated programme and event management capability.
- Outcome-focused mindset — committed to delivering meaningful impact, not just completing tasks.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence across organizational levels.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and visual design tools.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to drive productivity and efficiency.
- Experience in DEI initiatives and employee wellness is an advantage.
- Customer-centric, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
