About Covr

Covr (covr.care) is a B2B SaaS platform built for long-term care. We give time back to caregivers so they can provide more care by eliminating the administrative burden: automating scheduling, unifying fragmented data, and surfacing the decision before it becomes a crisis. Our products (Flow for scheduling, View for analytics & BI, and Sync for agency coordination) serve 2,000+ skilled nursing and senior living facilities across the U.S. We were built by operators, for operators, and we hold ourselves to one standard: if a feature doesn't help a customer see something, do something, or get a better outcome, it doesn't belong in the product.

Founded in 2016 and backed by Greenridge Growth Partners, we're a growth-stage company that moves fast. We build with optimism, own our outcomes, and treat every step, forward or back, as a chance to get sharper.

How We Work

We hire and operate by our values, SOLID:

  • Service & Advocacy: others before self. We've got each other's backs, and our customers'.
  • Ownership: accountability over every action. Own the outcome, not just the task.
  • Learning: a relentless pursuit of growth. Mistakes are data, and we aim to get 1% sharper every day.
  • Innovate with Optimism: build with optimism and lead with a “yes, and” mindset.
  • Determination: tenacity through hard things. Break fast, fix fast, and keep going.

You'll feel Ownership, Learning, and Determination most in this role: you own the mechanics of delivery, learn the craft fast, and keep things moving when they get messy.

The Role

We're hiring an Associate Product Manager to own the operational backbone of how we ship. This is an entry-level role and a deliberate on-ramp into product management: you'll own the backlog, drive delivery, and keep our products moving, learning the craft by doing the work that sits at the center of a product team.

You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Product Managers. They set product direction; you make it happen, turning priorities into clear, well-formed work and shepherding it through every stage of our product development lifecycle, keeping every team aligned and on track. We want a self-starter who takes initiative, manages their stakeholders well, and runs with problems once pointed at them. We use AI heavily in how we work, and we'll expect you to lean on those tools to move faster and punch above your level.

What You'll Do

  • Share ownership in grooming and managing the product and maintenance backlogs.
  • Write clear, well-formed specs that include user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements.
  • Write and maintain supporting documentation for features, releases, and internal teams.
  • Run the project-management side of delivery: keep work moving through the PDLC, track items in flight, chase down blockers, and keep timelines and stakeholders aligned.
  • Coordinate across engineering, UI/UX, QA, project management, and customer-facing teams to keep work moving.
  • Partner with UI/UX on design needs: prep requirements, gather feedback, and help keep design and development in sync.
  • Gather and organize customer feedback, product data, and inputs to support the PMs' decisions.
  • Help test and validate features before release, and follow up on what ships.
  • Use AI tools to speed up research, drafting, documentation, and the day-to-day execution.
  • Spot problems early, raise them clearly, and keep them from slipping.

What Success Looks Like (the first 6 months)

  • The backlog is consistently groomed and dev-ready: specs and tickets are clear, prioritized, and rarely bounce back for missing detail.
  • Releases ship on schedule, with blockers surfaced early instead of discovered late.
  • Documentation is clear enough that engineering, QA, and design rarely have to ask what's intended.
  • The PMs trust you to run delivery and stakeholder coordination without close oversight.

What We're Looking For

Required

  • 1-2 years of experience in product, project coordination, business analysis, or an adjacent role.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • A self-starter who takes initiative, stays organized, and runs with tasks independently; you keep backlogs, tickets, and timelines tidy without being asked, and you're comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, written and verbal; able to keep people across functions aligned.
  • Customer empathy: a genuine interest in the people who use our products and the problems they face.

Preferred

  • Technical proficiency: comfortable reasoning about how software is built and talking with engineers.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and a desire to push how far they can go.
  • Familiarity with any of our stack is a plus: product tools (ClickUp, Figma, Claude), data tools (PostHog, BigQuery, SQL), and development tools (GitHub, AWS).
  • Exposure to healthcare, long-term care, or another regulated/operations-heavy domain.

You don't need to check every preferred box. If you meet the required list and bring some of these, we want to hear from you.

Is this Roll for You?

You'll thrive here if:

  • You get satisfaction from order: a groomed backlog, clear tickets, and nothing slipping through the cracks.
  • You move on your own initiative and would rather take a first pass than wait for a checklist.
  • You're energized by a fast, sometimes-messy growth-stage pace and constant context switching.
  • You see this as the on-ramp to a PM career and want to earn it by mastering the fundamentals.
  • You reach for AI tools by default to work faster and go deeper.

This probably isn't the right fit if:

  • You need detailed direction to get moving, or prefer a slow, predictable workload.
  • You'd rather avoid AI tools than lean on them.

Why Covr

  • A real on-ramp into product management: learn the craft hands-on, with a clear path to a PM role.
  • Close work with experienced PMs on products used by tens of thousands of users.
  • A team that moves fast, gives honest feedback, and fully supports each other.
  • A mission that matters: every hour we save a caregiver is an hour back with a patient.

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Flexible paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays
