Job Type: Full-time (9am to 6pm)

Role Overview
The Production Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all production activities at Prixa Digital. This role ensures seamless collaboration within the production team, assists the Production Manager, and maintains structured execution of day-to-day shoots, tasks, and production planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the internal production team, including: (Video Editors, Videographers, Content Creators,Photographers)
- Assist the Production Manager in planning, scheduling, and execution of production tasks.
- Oversee day-to-day shoots, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Prepare and manage shoot checklists, daily production plans, and task schedules.
- Maintain and update production documentation and tracking sheets.
- Conduct task follow-ups and quality checks with editors and creators before final delivery.
- Manage shoot logistics, equipment readiness, team alignment, and location coordination.
- Ensure smooth communication and workflow between creative, technical, and content teams.
- Develop and maintain daily/weekly shoot calendars and checklists.
- Identify bottlenecks and help implement solutions for efficient production execution.
Skills & Qualification
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and team management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment
- Knowledge of shoot planning, workflow tracking, and production processes
- Basic understanding of digital marketing content production
- Experience with Google Workspace / MS Office / project tracking tools
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Prior experience in media production or coordination roles is a plus
