Job Description
- Handle end-to-end video production including pre-production, shoot, and post-production
- Set up and manage cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and production gear
- Shoot and edit podcasts, founder conversations, explainer videos, event films, and social content
- Create and repurpose long-form content into short-form pieces across platforms
- Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, and simple animations as needed
- Manage footage organisation, export formats, revision cycles, and timely delivery
- Collaborate with founders, marketing, design, and strategy teams to turn ideas into finished content
- Help maintain a consistent and high-quality visual identity across all Prachay brands including Prachay Group, BondSmart, GL, and Life at Prachay
Skills And Knowledge
- Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, or equivalent tools.
- Familiarity with AI production tools such as Runway, Descript, ElevenLabs, Kling, or Sora is a strong advantage.
Role Overview
We are looking for an Audio Visual Producer who can own the full production function at Prachay. From shoot to delivery, you will handle the entire process independently and collaboratively. You will work across formats including founder-led videos, podcasts, event coverage, product explainers, and social content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
This is not an editing-only role. We need someone who understands the full craft and takes ownership of output quality from start to finish.

- 4 or more years of experience in video production and editing
- Strong command of cameras, lighting, framing, and audio
- A sharp editing sense with genuine storytelling ability
