Hat Tip builds founder-led content motions for Seed stage to Series B startups, as well as $3-10M+/year marketing agencies.
In the past 12 months, we’ve grown from a solo founder to a team of 2 FTEs and 4 contractors. We now serve 15 clients (backed by YC, a16z, Accel Ventures, + more), and are growing fast.
To support that growth, we’re looking for a B2B Content Lead to own strategy and editing, while managing a team of writers (full-time and contractors) to ensure we deliver impeccable service.
NOTE:

Responsibilities
- Concept social strategies for founders based on their product/service, ICP, and company positioning.
- Draft Linked In content based on content interviews, podcasts, and other written source material from Founders.
- Edit Linked In content to ensure each post is valuable, well-structured, and compelling.
- Adapt client content strategies based on weekly analytics reporting.
- Draft compelling content prompts to ask clients on transcribed “content interviews”.
- Run “content interviews” with clients to generate high-quality source material.
- Work 1:1 with our founder to deliver a fantastic client service.
