- Design & Sales: Craft functional and stylish kitchen designs tailored to the customer’s lifestyle and needs. Deliver compelling presentations and close sales with confidence.
- Customer Journey Management: Be the primary point of contact, curating the customer experience from initial consultation through to final installation.
- Payment Process: Advise clients on payment options, ensure clear communication, and facilitate timely and accurate payment processing.
- Collaboration with Service Providers: Coordinate effectively with installers, contractors, and logistics teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Customer Follow-up: Maintain regular contact with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed on competitors’ offerings, pricing, and trends to provide a competitive edge.
- Project Coordination: Align teams and partners to ensure smooth project delivery, on-time execution, and strong client satisfaction.
🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have
- Design Studies with a focus on kitchen and interior design
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in similar position
- Strong Experience in Design Software (TriCAD, ArchiCAD, etc.)
- Embracing digital tools and skilled with digital technology
