Are you a certified cosmetician, esthetician, or medical aesthetics doctor who loves social media? Do you have a knack for turning clinical knowledge into scroll-stopping visual content?
We are looking for an industry insider to join our writing and creative team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our content, crafting high-impact posts and ideating video concepts (Reels, short videos, Carousels…) designed to educate, engage, and inspire our global B2B audience, including elite estheticians, cosmeticians, and plastic surgeons worldwide.
As a B2B Medical Aesthetics Content Creator & Strategist, you will blend your industry expertise with digital storytelling. You won't just coordinate-you will actively craft the copy, pitch creative multimedia concepts, and build educational frameworks that position our brand as a global thought leader.
You will collaborate closely with international marketing managers to execute high-quality, multi-channel campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Crafting & Copywriting: Write highly engaging, authoritative social media posts tailored to a sophisticated B2B audience (doctors, clinic owners, and beauty professionals).
- Multimedia Ideation (Reels, Carousels, Video): Brainstorm and script innovative concepts for short-form video (Reels/videos), educational carousels, and visual graphics that simplify complex aesthetics topics – guide our designers during the execution.
- B2B Client Education: Develop content strategies that educate global clients on industry trends, treatment protocols, product science, and business growth.
- Publishing & Platform Management: Manage multi-channel publishing schedules using Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn, ensuring content is perfectly formatted and optimized for peak professional engagement.
- Compliance & Voice Integrity: Ensure all content is scientifically accurate, aligns with brand guidelines, and complies with medical/aesthetic marketing standards worldwide.
- Trend Tracking: Stay ahead of global aesthetics innovations, treatment breakthroughs, and social media algorithm updates to keep our content cutting-edge.
Job Requirements
- Industry Expertise: A professional background or qualification as a Cosmetician, Esthetician, or Medical Doctor (MD) in the aesthetics/plastic surgery domain.
- Creative Content Portfolio: Proven experience crafting engaging social media content, with a strong understanding of how to structure high-performing B2B Carousels, Reels, and educational posts.
- B2B Communication Savvy: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to speak peer-to-peer with plastic surgeons, clinicians, and top-tier estheticians. Impeccable English grammar is a must.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Publishing, and modern social media creation tools.
- Strategic & Visual Thinking: A deep understanding of digital consumer behavior and a talent for translating clinical or technical data into "catchy," digestible, and visually appealing formats.
- Organization: Strong ownership over content calendars, deadlines, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced global environment.

The proposed role is:
· Contract-based (invoicing required)
· Part-time: 5 hours a day, Monday to Friday, remote work
· Our team operates from the Netherlands, and you will need to be available daily from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (CET)
