Responsibilities
* Prepare, bake, and decorate cakes, pastries, cupcakes, cookies, and desserts.
* Create custom cakes and desserts for birthdays, weddings, and special occasions.
* Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all products.
* Maintain cleanliness and comply with food safety and hygiene standards.
* Manage ingredient preparation, storage, and inventory.
* Develop creative dessert concepts and contribute to menu innovation.
* Fulfill customer orders accurately and within agreed timelines.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker.
* Ability to prepare a wide variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts.
* Strong cake decorating and food presentation skills.
* Creative, responsible, and disciplined.
* Good attitude and strong work ethic.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is an added advantage.
