We're Hiring | Baker (2 Positions) | Koregaon Park, Pune
At Grey Soul Coffee Roasters, we're building more than a café. We're creating experiences around exceptional coffee, fresh food, and artisanal baking.
We're looking for 2 passionate Bakers to join our team at our Koregaon Park, Pune experience centre.
What You'll Be Doing
☕ Preparing fresh breads, pastries, croissants, cookies, cakes, and bakery products
☕ Maintaining consistency, quality, and presentation standards
☕ Managing daily bakery production and inventory
☕ Following food safety and hygiene standards
☕ Assisting in the development of new bakery offerings and seasonal specials
What We're Looking For
✔ 1-4 years of bakery experience
✔ Experience with breads, pastries, cakes, or viennoiserie
✔ Strong attention to detail and quality
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment
✔ Passion for craftsmanship and continuous learning
