Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bartender role based in Sanepa. The Bartender will prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences, while maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area. The role includes greeting guests, taking orders, providing menu recommendations, and ensuring a welcoming and safe environment. The Bartender will handle cash and electronic payments accurately, follow responsible alcohol service guidelines, and comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards. The position also involves coordinating with service staff, supporting inventory control, and assisting with opening and closing duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to engage guests professionally, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns courteously.
- Proficiency in Bartending and Food & Beverage service, including mixing drinks, understanding bar menus, and pairing beverages with food.
- Reliable Cash Handling abilities, including processing payments, managing tabs, and balancing the cash drawer accurately.
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar hospitality role is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices and local regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic English language skills; additional language abilities are an advantage.
