Job Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
- Analyze project requirements and prepare customized proposals.
- Communicate with potential clients and maintain professional relationships.
- Follow up on submitted proposals and client inquiries.
- Coordinate with the development and design teams to gather project estimates and requirements.
- Negotiate project scope, budget, and timelines with clients.
- Maintain records of bids, leads, and project opportunities.
- Generate new business opportunities through online platforms and direct outreach.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in bidding on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or similar freelancing platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good understanding of Web Development, Shopify, WordPress, UI/UX Design, and Mobile App Development services.
- Ability to write persuasive and customized proposals.
- Basic knowledge of project estimation and client requirement analysis.
- Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM tools and lead management.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn outreach and email marketing.
- Understanding of software development workflows.
