About The Role
What if your years of advanced biology training could directly shape how AI reasons through some of the most complex problems in science? We're looking for Biology experts — Masters and PhD holders — to help build and evaluate cutting-edge AI models tackling real challenges in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, and beyond.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience needed — just deep domain expertise and a passion for scientific rigor.

What You'll Do
- Develop, solve, and critically review advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance
- Apply your expertise in genetics, molecular biology, biotechnology, or bioinformatics to craft complex, nuanced problem statements
- Evaluate AI-generated scientific content for accuracy, depth, and methodological soundness
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to sharpen AI reasoning in biology
- Ensure scientific rigor, clarity, and intellectual depth across all your deliverables
- Work independently on task-based assignments — fully on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field (Genetics, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, etc.)
- Strong expertise in at least one of: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics
- Comfortable coding in Python or R for research or data analysis purposes
- Exceptional written communication skills with a sharp eye for scientific accuracy and detail
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- Fluent in English
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or quality assurance workflows
- Familiarity with AI tools or model evaluation platforms
- Background spanning multiple biology sub-disciplines
- Experience translating complex scientific concepts into clear, structured written explanations
