• Strategy: Monitoring audience engagement metrics to iterate and refine content delivery, maintaining the platform’s high standard of informative journalism.

Qualifications:

• Multimedia Proficiency: Proven ability to synthesize complex topics into structured audio-visual formats, including experience in content curation and generative AI prompting.
• Systems & Analytical Thinking: Strong background in process optimization and ERP system implementation, ensuring a highly organized and scalable production cycle.
