We’re looking for an energetic and commercially minded sales professional with a passion for craft beer to drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and increase brand presence across both on-premise (pubs, bars, venues) and off-premise (retail) channels.
About The Role
Reporting to the WA State Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a territory across WA, developing new business opportunities, strengthening existing partnerships, and delivering outstanding brand execution in market.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow sales, distribution, and market share across WA
- Build and maintain relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and hospitality venues
- Execute sales plans, promotions, product launches, tastings, and events
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic account plans
- Monitor sales performance, forecasts, budgets, and KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams to support distribution and customer success
- Represent CBCo Brewing at festivals, trade events, and industry functions
About You
- Passionate about craft beer and the hospitality industry
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or beverage/FMCG roles
- Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Current unrestricted driver's licence
