Compensation Range: $35.00 – $42.00/hr
Join a Fortune 500 Consumer Goods Leader to shape how iconic personal care brands show up across digital shelves and social feeds. Working alongside a fast-moving, startup-style in-house creative team, you will craft high-performing assets that connect with millions of consumers daily. This is a high-visibility opportunity to leverage cutting-edge AI tools and social-first creativity to drive real cultural impact.
Responsibilities:
- Design scroll-stopping visual assets across social, paid media, and digital commerce channels to drive consumer engagement.
- Translate brand strategy and cultural moments into platform-native, short-form video and static content to boost performance.
- Utilize AI-powered tools like Adobe Firefly to accelerate visual ideation, concept iteration, and asset creation.
- Partner with cross-functional performance and media teams to continuously test, refine, and elevate brand consistency.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of digital and social media design experience, ideally within an agency or in-house marketing environment.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and hands-on experience with AI prompt engineering (with tools like Adobe Firefly).
- Online portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, visual hierarchy, layout, and motion design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related creative field.
