About the Role
As Crew continues to grow, we're looking for a highly organized, design-forward Brand Experience Designer to help scale and maintain customer-facing brand experiences across Crew® and Garny®.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you'll help bring campaigns, website updates, email marketing, packaging, sales materials, and other customer-facing assets to life while ensuring consistency across every touchpoint. The ideal candidate is equal parts designer, creative operator, and brand steward—someone who enjoys translating strategic direction into polished, on-brand execution across multiple channels and formats. Success in this role is measured by your ability to improve creative execution, maintain brand consistency, and help our marketing team move faster.
What You'll Do
• Create and maintain customer-facing creative assets across Crew® and Garny®
• Design and maintain creative assets across email, web, paid media, packaging, sales collateral, and social channels
• Support ongoing optimization of Shopify storefronts and customer experiences
• Build and update product pages, collection pages, landing pages, and merchandising content
• Maintain creative files, templates, design systems, and brand standards
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, approvals, and creative deliverables simultaneously
• Collaborate with third-party partners managing paid advertising and email marketing
• Ensure all creative assets are polished, accurate, and on-brand
Must-Haves
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, creative production, or a similar role supporting eCommerce brands
• Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-channel brand work
• Hands-on Shopify experience building and optimizing product pages, collection pages, landing pages, and merchandising experiences
• Advanced proficiency in Figma
• Experience creating and deploying email marketing assets within Klaviyo or a similar platform
• Strong proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong creative judgment and the ability to make brand-aligned decisions with limited direction
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with agencies or third-party marketing partners
• Paid social creative experience
• Packaging or print production experience
• HTML/CSS or light front-end web experience
• Photography, photo editing, or creative direction experience
• Experience working with consumer product, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
• Experience with subscription-based products or retention marketing

• Help marketing campaigns move faster from concept to deployment
• Independently own recurring creative workflows with minimal oversight
• Reduce production-level workload for the Marketing Manager
• Help build stronger creative systems, templates, and workflows
