Job Description / Responsibility
We are seeking a visionary Brand Growth & Creative Director to lead the brand’s identity, storytelling, and market expansion. This role combines creative leadership with strategic growth, ensuring a consistent premium positioning across all platforms while driving measurable business results.
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define and protect a luxury identity across all channels.
- Align brand growth with long-term business goals.
- Maintain consistency in tone, visual language, and messaging.
- Benchmark against global luxury brands while keeping Bangladeshi cultural authenticity.
Creative Direction
Lead all creative outputs:
- Social media campaigns, ads, and reels
- Website, portfolio, and digital presence
- Office/showroom branding and client experience
- Approve and guide design, video, photography, and storytelling.
- Ensure every creative piece reflects premium lifestyle and design excellence.
Growth & Marketing Leadership
- Plan and execute high-value lead generation strategies.
- Oversee digital marketing, branding, and sales alignment.
- Explore new growth channels:
- Luxury events and exhibitions
- Strategic partnerships
- Influencer collaborations in design/fashion/lifestyle.
Content & Storytelling
- Build a premium content strategy that elevates brand perception.
- Craft narratives rooted in luxury lifestyle and design excellence.
- Supervise shoots, reels, and campaigns to ensure emotional resonance.
- Balance aspiration with authenticity—luxury that feels attainable yet exclusive.
Team Leadership
Lead and manage:
- Digital marketing team
- Graphic designers
- Content creators & videographers
- Set KPIs and track performance.
- Ensure client experience and brand touchpoints reflect premium quality.
- Guide showroom/office aesthetics and presentation standards.
- Align sales communication with brand tone and luxury positioning.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Management (MBM) in Marketing
- Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Brand Planning/ Development, Brand Communication, Communication, Leadership, Teamwork, Client Relationship Management, Collaboration and Teamwork
