Job Summary :

This is not a conventional brand role. We are looking for a Brand Lead who is customer obsessed and can shape, build, and scale a category-defining brand from the ground up. This role goes beyond just your regular campaigns and communications. The opportunity is to build a category defining brand, someone who can define meaning, drive cultural relevance, and translate product excellence into a compelling consumer narrative. You will work closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to own the brand end to end, across storytelling, identity, content, and consumer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the Brand

Build a clear, differentiated brand narrative rooted in performance, design, and technology. Shape how the brand is perceived across every consumer touchpoint.

  • Own Product Storytelling

Translate complex product features – engineering, innovation, and performance into narratives that are emotional, aspirational, relatable, and culturally relevant.

  • Drive Brand-Led Growth

Partner with digital, growth and sales teams to ensure brand, performance marketing and sales work cohesively, with strong ROI accountability.

  • Build Cultural Relevance

Move beyond traditional marketing by embedding the brand into culture through content, collaborations, communities, and experiences.

  • Shape the Consumer Journey

Influence the end-to-end brand experience, from first discovery to ownership, ensuring consistency and emotional impact.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7–10 years of experience in brand, marketing, or storytelling roles
  • Strong experience across brand building + digital + content
  • Background in automotive, EV, consumer tech, or premium consumer brands preferred
  • Deep understanding of high-consideration purchase journeys
  • Proven ability to build brands that are both aspirational and performance-driven
  • Strong creative judgment with the ability to translate strategy into execution
  • High ownership mindset, comfortable operating in fast-paced, founder-led environments
