Job Description
KOVA is looking for a meticulous and adaptable Brand & Marketing Intern to support the execution of brand communications across social, editorial, and digital touchpoints. The ideal candidate is comfortable designing within clear guidelines, writing SEO-informed copy across different industries, and managing end-to-end content publishing across social media platforms. You will also support light on-site content capture and the production of brand-aligned collateral, working closely with the wider team to ensure guidelines are translated consistently across all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Social and Content Execution
- Design and deliver social media content using established brand guidelines and visual systems.
- Craft social media captions that clearly reflect each brand’s tone, positioning, and audience.
- Prepare, adapt, and format content for different social platforms, including posts and stories.
- Manage the end-to-end publishing process, including scheduling and posting across social channels.
Blog and SEO Copywriting
- Write SEO-informed blog posts based on defined keyword strategies, content outlines, and monthly objectives.
- Adapt copy across different industries and audiences while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Work within structured editorial workflows, with room to refine and improve content over time.
On-Site Content Capture
- Support occasional on-site content capture for social platforms such as Instagram Reels and TikTok.
Collateral Design
- Design decks and supporting collaterals as required, ensuring all outputs align with existing templates and brand guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Notion and other design tools.
- Familiarity with AI and digital marketing best practices, including SEO, SEM and social media marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Good grasp of colour theory, layout, and design principles.
- Basic knowledge of typography principles and typeface design.
