Role Summary

As Brand Marketing Manager Italy, you will drive brand marketing strategy across Italy with upper funnel focus to build awareness and relevancy through consumer facing programming including PR, SM, content, agency management, media spend, activations, and partnerships. You will translate South Europe vision into country-level strategies, elevating brand desirability and driving sustainable business growth through brand marketing planning, while ensuring excellence in local execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Italy Brand strategies:
    • Translate South Europe brand strategy into actionable local plans, ensuring alignment, execution excellence, and ROI tracking across Italy.
    • Drive Italy strategy and execution on all brand consumer-facing programming including PR & influencers, Social media, Content, web & mailing, paid media, activations, and partnerships.
    • Leads brand and product communications, ensuring consistency of Le Creuset’s tone of voice across all channels.
    • Define and deliver the local culinary strategy, through content, PR & influence, and social media strategies that strengthen our brand authority.
    • Develop strategic partnerships and talent collaborations to expand brand reach and foster community growth.
    • Oversee brand-building and paid media investments, collaborating with internal teams to maximize brand investment.
    • Drive the local social media strategy, content plans and community management. Establish a sustainable social media growth platform and practice.
    • Create, curate and coordinate all editorial content needs for Le Creuset.
    • Define the annual PR and influencer strategy aligned with brand priorities. Drive day‑to‑day management of press office, influencer partnerships, and earned media amplification.
    • Manage, brief and coordinate creative, PR, media, social, and other agencies, ensuring delivery against brand objectives.
    • Support any other actions required to strengthen brand equity, visibility, and consumer engagement.
  • Performance & Reporting:
    • Monitor and report key projects and ROI for all brand plans and activities. Define and track KPIs to measure local implementation success. Draw key learnings and communicate them to the relevant audiences to ensure constant brand development and process improvement.
    • Drive ongoing rigorous budget management and optimization.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience within premium/luxury, retail, or consumer goods brands, with a strong retail component.
  • Strong expertise in brand marketing, digital marketing, social media, PR, communications, and content creation.
  • Proven ability to drive brand engagement across digital and social platforms.
  • Experience managing agencies and delivering integrated multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-focused approach.
  • Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and ability to work effectively across cultures and functions.
  • Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish; proficient with MS Office and AI-based tools.
  • Travel and field presence: the position requires travel, mainly within South Europe countries (mostly in Italy and Spain, and Portugal).
