POSITION OVERVIEW
ACCESSTRADE is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and performance-driven Brand Specialist. Moving beyond traditional branding roles that focus solely on abstract image-building, this position requires a highly integrated professional who combines Brand Strategy (Branding) with Internal Client Management (Account Management) and Data-Driven Analysis (Planning & Reporting).
You will act as an "Internal Agency Account," translating ACCESSTRADE’s overarching brand positioning into tailored, high-converting growth solutions for various Business Units (BUs) and Delivery Units (DUs), directly delivering value to our network of Advertisers, Publishers, and KOCs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (SCOPE OF WORK)
1. Brand Management & Campaign Execution (Core Branding)
- Brand Strategy & Consistency: Participate in shaping the overall brand strategy aligned with company growth objectives. Direct, oversee, and safeguard the implementation of Brand Guidelines (visuals, messaging, tone of voice) across all multi-channel touchpoints.
- Multi-channel Campaigns: Conceptualize, script, and execute integrated online and offline branding campaigns to enhance market awareness and solidify ACCESSTRADE's positioning as the leading "Revenue Growth Platform."
- Brand Asset & PR Management: Maintain, audit, and upgrade corporate brand assets (presentation templates, landing pages, website/blog content). Draft press releases, manage media relationships, and monitor public relations.
2. Internal Account Management & Cross-functional Coordination (The Execution Bridge)
- BU/DU Partnership (The Brand Link): Act as the core internal Account Manager to deeply understand the commercial goals, product updates, and growth metrics of diverse internal BUs/DUs (e.g., Mobile App, E-commerce, Finance, KOC MCN). Tailor custom branding initiatives that solve their specific business needs.
- Resource Coordination & Timeline Control: Receive internal briefs from BUs/DUs, allocate tasks, and coordinate with the internal creative/marketing squad (Designers, Content Writers, Media Buyers) or external agencies to ensure project delivery meets set timelines and KPIs.
- Brand Alignment Advocacy: Review and consult on independent BU/DU activities (such as individual webinars, product launches, or specific partner events) to ensure they strictly align with ACCESSTRADE’s master brand identity.
3. Strategic Planning & Performance Reporting (The Data Brain)
- Insight-Driven Planning (The Brand Link): Conduct thorough market research, competitive landscaping, and historical campaign reviews. Translate these data points into actionable quarterly/annual Brand Action Plans, eliminating gut-feeling marketing.
- Budget & Metric Tracking: Build comprehensive campaign master timelines, budget breakdowns, and establish strict Brand Health Metrics alongside performance indicators (Reach, Engagement, Share of Voice, Lead Conversion Rate).
- Data-backed Reporting & Optimization: Deliver regular data-driven performance reports (Weekly/Monthly/Post-campaign). Analyze metrics to uncover bottlenecks, pitch optimization strategies to the Marketing Director, and present clear ROI insights back to the respective BUs/DUs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 2–3+ years of proven experience as a Brand Specialist/Executive or as an Account Executive/Account Planner at a reputable Marketing Agency. Experience within Affiliate Marketing, MarTech, E-commerce, or Tech-driven ecosystems is highly preferred.
- Account & Project Management Skills: Exceptional cross-functional collaboration, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. Proven ability to handle multiple internal stakeholders, manage complex briefs, and enforce tight timelines.
- Analytical & Reporting Aptitude: Strong data-literacy with an ability to read marketing dashboards, analyze audience metrics, and craft data-driven reports. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello) is required.
- Core Marketing Competency: Solid grounding in modern brand-building principles, campaign architecture, and art direction/content standard evaluation.
