Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Brand & Partnerships Executive role based in Shah Alam. The role involves developing and executing brand initiatives that strengthen NextMed Clinic’s presence in the aesthetic and wellness market. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, monitoring brand performance, coordinating marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. The Brand & Partnerships Executive will identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with relevant brands, influencers, and industry stakeholders to drive awareness and customer growth. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams on promotions and events, preparing reports on partnership outcomes, and supporting the creation of brand content and marketing materials.

Qualifications

  • Strong brand-focused skills, including Brand Strategy and Brand Management, with the ability to build and maintain a premium, consistent brand image.
  • Proficiency in Brand Marketing and Communication to plan campaigns, craft messaging, and engage effectively with diverse audiences and partners.
  • Experience with Market Research to analyze trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity, and to translate insights into actionable brand initiatives.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage partnerships, including outreach, negotiation, and relationship management with external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment; experience in aesthetic, wellness, or healthcare sectors is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with digital and social media platforms; familiarity with basic marketing analytics
