Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Brand Strategist role based in Lazimpat, Kathmandu. The Brand Strategist will be responsible for developing and refining brand strategies across Arksh Group’s diverse portfolio, ensuring each brand has a clear positioning and consistent identity. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market and competitor research, analyzing consumer insights, and translating findings into brand roadmaps, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market plans. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams to align brand initiatives with business goals and to ensure consistent implementation across all channels. The Brand Strategist will also oversee brand guideline development, monitor brand performance using key metrics, and recommend data-driven adjustments to enhance brand equity and recognition.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in brand-focused capabilities, including Brand Strategy, Branding, Brand Development, and Brand Management.
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in brand strategy or related roles within diversified business groups, FMCG, hospitality, or similar sectors.
  • Ability to conduct and interpret market research, consumer insights, and competitive analyses to inform strategic decisions.
  • Demonstrated skill in developing brand guidelines, positioning statements, and integrated brand campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-informed approach to measuring brand performance.
  • Collaborative mindset, with experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with the Nepalese market and consumer behavior; exposure to international brands or markets is a plus.
